Assistant Meal Ticket
This purchase is for the meal ticket for your additional assistants and/or guests for the Country Throwdown Meet and Greet on Friday September 12th. 2025.
Please note that this event is not held at the host resort but rather at the Farmer's Market Pavillion located 4.2 miles away at 308 Clinchfield St, Kingsport, TN 37660
This event is not required for our authors, and narrators but rather an added perk for those who wish to attend. It is also important to note that this event is only open to our VIP ticket holders and Influencers.
If you do not plan to attend this event, or if your assistants do not plan to attend this event with you, you will not need to purchase this meal ticket.
When purchasing please make sure to include your author's name and the name of the person the meal ticket is for.
Author Signing Booth Final Payment

If you submitted a deposit to reserve your author signing booth, please submit this final payment within 90 days of your deposit.
Terms and Conditions:
By submitting this payment, you agree and understand that no items will be sent to you.
All funds are nonrefundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or moved by Tennessee Lit Con.
In the event that Tennessee Lit Con has to cancel or move the date to one that no longer fits your schedule a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, if requested.
For your convenience you will be able submit a partial payment of $100 to reserve your booth. However, you will not be announced as a signing author until the balance has been paid in full.
Final payment is due 90 days after your deposit has been placed or by December 1st, 2024. (Whichever comes first)
After December 1st, 2024, if payment has not been submitted the author booth will be forfeited and provided to the first author on the waitlist.
You agree to hold Tennessee Lit Con, LLC and its staff harmless from any damages, loss, liability, theft, claims, or expenses relating to the use of, or inability use of our services/event.
You agree that you have read these terms and conditions to their entirety and accept those set forth.
Tennessee Lit Con holds the right to terminate an author invite at any time should we feel that you have violated these terms and conditions, or our code of conduct.
