2027 Event Payments
STOP! If you have not received an official acceptance letter and signed the Tennessee Lit Con event contract, please do not complete a payment. All payments received without these items will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
2027 Author Signing Booth-Full Payment
Author Booth includes: 8' table, black table linen, two chairs, one author badge, and one assistant badge.
Signing Booth for September 25th, 2027 in Kingsport, Tennessee.
Terms and Conditions:
By submitting this payment, you agree and understand that no items will be sent to you.
All funds are nonrefundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or moved by Tennessee Lit Con.
In the event that Tennessee Lit Con has to cancel or move the date to one that no longer fits your schedule a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, if requested.
For your convenience you will be able submit a partial payment of $150 to reserve your booth. However, you will not be announced as a signing author until the balance has been paid in full.
Final payment is due 60 days after your deposit has been placed.
You agree to hold Tennessee Lit Con, LLC and its staff harmless from any damages, loss, liability, theft, claims, or expenses relating to the use of, or inability use of our services/event.
You agree that you have read these terms and conditions to their entirety and accept those set forth.
Tennessee Lit Con holds the right to terminate an author invite at any time should we feel that you have violated these terms and conditions, or our code of conduct.
2027 Author Signing Booth Deposit
Author signing booth deposit of $150 to reserve your booth for the 2027 Tennessee Lit Con, scheduled for September 25th, 2027, in Kingsport Tennessee.
By selecting this option, you understand that you are responsible for submitting your final payment of $150.00 within 60 days.
You also understand that we do not announce authors until their full payment have been received.

2027 Book Shipment
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Do you need to ship your books prior to the event? If so, this is the option for you. You will ship your books to Tennessee Lit Con by the first of September, and we will ensure that they arrive to the event for set up.
Important information:
Tennessee Lit Con and it's staff will not open boxes when they arrive. All boxes will come to the event sealed and how we received them.
Tennessee Lit Con and it's staff is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged books during the shipping process.
Books will be stored in a climate-controlled area leading up to the event.
Books can be shipped to us directly from Amazon, but please make sure that your name is on the box in the attention section or anywhere else.
Please make sure to email us your tracking information as soon as you have it.
Authors are responsible for shipping their books back home.
