2026 Author Signing Booth-Full Payment
Author Booth includes: 8' table, (or 6' table and standing table if requested), black table linen, two chairs, trashcan, one author badge, and one assistant badge.
Signing Booth for September 25th and 26th, 2026 in Kingsport, Tennessee.
Terms and Conditions:
By submitting this payment, you agree and understand that no items will be sent to you.
All funds are nonrefundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or moved by Tennessee Lit Con.
In the event that Tennessee Lit Con has to cancel or move the date to one that no longer fits your schedule a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, if requested.
For your convenience you will be able submit a partial payment of $150 to reserve your booth. However, you will not be announced as a signing author until the balance has been paid in full.
Final payment is due 90 days after your deposit has been placed or by December 1st, 2025. (Whichever comes first)
After December 1st, 2025, if payment has not been submitted the author booth will be forfeited and provided to the first author on the waitlist.
You agree to hold Tennessee Lit Con, LLC and its staff harmless from any damages, loss, liability, theft, claims, or expenses relating to the use of, or inability use of our services/event.
You agree that you have read these terms and conditions to their entirety and accept those set forth.
Tennessee Lit Con holds the right to terminate an author invite at any time should we feel that you have violated these terms and conditions, or our code of conduct.
2026 Author Signing Booth Deposit
Author signing booth deposit of $150 to reserve your booth for the 2026 Tennessee Lit Con, scheduled for September 25th and 26th, 2026, in Kingsport Tennessee.
By selecting this option, you understand that you are responsible for submitting your final payment of $150.00 within 90 days.
You also understand that we do not announce authors until their full payment has been received.

Please note this booth is for the 2026 event taking place on September 25th and 26th, 2026 in Kingsport, TN

2026 Vendor Booth Payment
Vendor Booth includes: 8X10 booth space, one 8ft table with a black tablecloth, two chairs, trashcan, one vendor badge, and one assistant badge.
Vendors are responsible for their own set up. If you need us to provide you with an extra table, please contact us prior to the event.
